Absences:

Fees for classes are not refundable but absences or classes missed due to holidays can be made up during the session if scheduled through the office. Adjustments are possible in case of injury or illness accompanied with a doctor’s note.

Inclement weather:

We do not necessarily close the gym with the school systems because of bad weather. Please call 729-9618 to find out if there are classes or not.

Registration fee:

A $20 annual registration fee is charged to each participant. ($30 for 2 or more children). Also, a completed signed waiver must be turned in prior the start of the classes.

Tuition payment:

To keep costs low, we do not send invoices. Payment in full is due by the first day of class. In extreme circumstances, payment arrangements can be made. We accept check, cash, debit cards, MasterCard and Visa.

Discounts:

We offer a 20% discount for a second child. Sign a friend(s) up and receive 10% per person.

Late starts:

Students may begin class at any time during a session on a space available basis. Tuition will be prorated.

Clothing:

Leotards are recommended for girls, gym shorts or sweat pants and T-shirts for boys. Long hair should be tied back and please remember no jewelry, tights, socks or gum chewing.
