Ninja Warrior Training
What does a Ninja Warrior consist of?
Parkour - the act of going from one place to another in the quickest and most efficient way possible overcoming any obstacle you encounter through the use of your own body.
Tumbling - a form of acrobatic activity that involves flips, jumps, rolls, somersaults and handsprings.
The course is a 10 week session, Tuesday nights from 6:15 pm to 7:30pm.
Please note that this class is for children ages 6 and up.
